About Kinn Thai Cuisine

If you’re exploring Fort Collins and craving bold, comforting flavors, let me point you toward Kinn Thai Cuisine Restaurant, a Thai restaurant that feels both welcoming and full of personality from the moment you hear its name. Located at 2638 S Timberline Rd Ste 120, Fort Collins, CO 80525, this spot is easy to find and even easier to enjoy, whether you’re stopping by for a relaxed lunch or planning a casual dinner with friends. Kinn Thai Cuisine focuses on classic Thai cooking with a modern, approachable feel, which makes it a great choice if you love familiar dishes but still want depth and balance in every bite. The vibe is laid-back and friendly, the kind of place where you can settle in comfortably or just grab something quick when time is tight. I like that they offer flexible service options, including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and even no-contact delivery, so it works just as well for a cozy night at home as it does for an easy meal out. On warmer days, outdoor seating adds a nice, relaxed touch that fits the neighborhood feel. The menu leans into comfort food while still offering lighter and healthier options, which keeps things interesting for different moods and diets. Vegan and vegetarian choices are thoughtfully included, and small plates make it simple to share or sample a few flavors at once. If you’re in the mood for a quick bite, there are plenty of satisfying options that don’t feel rushed or boring. Drinks are also part of the experience, with beer, wine, coffee, and alcohol available to round out the meal. Overall, Kinn Thai Cuisine comes across as a place designed for real life, real cravings, and real enjoyment, blending Thai tradition with everyday convenience in a way that feels natural and inviting.

Very good food! Fried Tofu with the sauce and Pork leg with noodle soup are the best! Pad Thai is decent. Mango sweet rice is my favorite comparing to the same dessert from other Thai restaurants—sweet rice cooked just right and good amount of ripe mango—smooth and tasty!

I’ve been to Kinn Thai Cuisine many times, and every visit has been excellent. The dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Khao Soi is absolutely amazing, and another personal favorite of mine is the basil eggplant with tofu. The food comes out quickly and consistently tastes like some of the best Thai cuisine you’ll find in Northern Colorado. Highly recommend!

The food was great. We had the Drunken Noodles and Sweet Chilli fried rice. The food came out quickly and flavorful. The place was busy with only one worker hosting and waitressing so she forgot our requests and never came back to fill our waters. The food was so tasty that if we are ever back in the area, we would return to eat here.
